Seasonal Customer Service Associate II
*This position offers a seasonal bonus to employees who successfully complete their contract.
*Amazon offers free transport for employees starting or finishing a shift in "unsociable working hours" (hours falling outside of 6am to 6pm)

Amazon is seeking bright, articulate, detail-oriented applicants with a desire to contribute to world class customer service to join us in a temporary position of approximately three months as we prepare for our busiest time of the year – December Holiday Season. As a Seasonal Amazon Customer Service Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Amazon customers. This vital position requires an action-orientated, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in resolving any and all customer facing problems especially over this high volume time of year. Associates may communicate with customers via phone, email and chat. Associates will utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun, and fast paced environment.

Computer Skills:
• Familiarity with multiple browsers, multiple tabs and window navigation and instant messenger tools
• Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
Basic Qualifications:
• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Basic typing, phone, and computer navigation skills
• Ability to navigate the Internet, email, and Instant Messenger tools
• Ability to cope well in a high pressure environment while maintaining high quality outputs.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ years in a service environment dealing with the public
